Recently replaced Ooma Telo as original one died after about 5 years. Purchased a used one and got the used one activated with original phone number transferred to the used Telo, however I cannot get anything past the solid red light.. The Base Station status indicator light is an excellent source of information when it comes to troubleshooting. The table below outlines the different information that can be conveyed by the status indicator:
When Ooma is solid red, it indicates that the device is still in the process of setting up or troubleshooting. It may take several minutes for the device to finish the process and the red light should eventually turn off. If the red light persists, please contact Ooma customer support for further assistance.. About a month and a half ago my ooma telo stopped working and I just have a flashing red logo light nonstop. The telo itself still seems functional by everything I can tell meaning that the unit isn't bricked, but it won't connect to the ooma network itself anymore.
