OK, it sounds like the heater flow sensor is not in sync with the other sensors. I would check the flow sensor which would be in a clear housing and I think will have 3 wires on your model. Here is what it would look like: Artesian Flow Switch. But we would need to check what you have to confirm the year of your spa for the correct part.. The "SnS", "Sn", or "SENSOR SYNC" Fault has occurred for more than 1 hour, indicating one or both Sensors are several degrees off, and Spa Functions are Disabled.. The Sensors are Verified Out of Sync with Each Other, or Not Indicating Close to the Same Temperature at Both Sensors. After the Problem has been Resolved, you Must Press Any.
When only Sn(S) flashes, the system has confirmed the sensors to be "out of sync" with each other. At this point, replacing both sensors, or having a technician inspect the system is in order.. My hot tub heater repeatedly kicks out after about 2 hours of heating. (The GFI trips). It is 220v 6K watt system. Heater resistance is at 10.5 ohms.. Do the jets turn freely in the hot tub and do you feel any roughness on the spa shell inside the tub? High pH, water out of balance (low total alkalinity and high pH or vice versa), abundance of minerals added, or a salt spa with a leak can cause this.
