The green light will be for the cellular connection anything but solid would indicate it still needs to connect to the local cell towers. The blue light will indicate if it has established connection with the GPS satellites in the area. The red light will be solid when CAN bus data is flowing to the device.. The red light flashes on a GO unit when it's doing it's first time start up process. If the red light stays flashing for a long time (10mins+) then it's likely that the GO unit is failing it's initial firmware update and you'll need to raise a case to Geotab Support..
