hello, I have a 2016 QX80 that i love, when trying to insert usb stick to watch movies or music, it says its reading it, then says, Check USB memory or ipod. Ive tried a 32gig and a 64, can anyone help me as to why i get that msg. My car was working with the USB connected to my iPhone 13 pro max after using it for 3 years, now it doesn't work. The radio re-started 3 times and it stopped working. Another USB wire was checked but same issue. iPhone is now updated with the latest software. Tried to connect with another iPhone but same issue. Tried to connect with AND device however it works. My device has a company.

I'm having some problems with different thumb drives. Some work okay, for some, the display says "Check USB memory or iPod," and for some it say "no music found" even though there are MP3 files present.
