Visit #1 determined a control module needed to be ordered. Visit #2 - they couldn't get the software to work with the new part. Visit #3 - after 6 hours of working on the car again - new modules, extensive software testing, etc. the shop finally learned from Audi that the feature is not installed on 2023 models (!). Extended warranties can be either Audi official or 3rd party/aftermarket warranties. Both of which have stipulations on what they cover and don't cover. The Audi ones, over here at least, have different "tiers"--there's like Silver, Gold, Platinum, or whatever. Some of those levels may cover modules but not wiring, as an example.
