Test the wiper motor with a jumper wire, at the wiper motor. Either come straight off the vehicle's battery or use a spare 12v to get closer to the wiper motor. If no power at the rear motor, then I'd start tracking out the hot wire coming from the wiper motor back towards the fuse block, to insure it's even wired up.. This includes a wiring diagram specific to your motor, wire strippers, electrical tape, a soldering iron, and a power source. 2. Study the wiring diagram.
