Leeching Crystal is a high-impact survivability modifier: it massively increases your health pool while throttling your passive regeneration. If you're browsing the full item database, think of it as a "big tank, low idle healing" switch. Stacks: multiple copies further reduce regen; over-stacking can nullify sustain—pair with lifesteal or burst healing.

Do I just have abysmal RNG or is it literally impossible to get 3 Leeching Crystals? I've tried just about every strategy (trying different characters, looking out for sus guys, looking out for blue microwaves, banishing all other blue items) and I can't get the stupid Kevin achievement. I can get AT MOST 2 Leeching Crystals, but usually I don't even get a single one. And of course, every.. Titel says it all, i try to get all Achievmetns and "Kevin" says: "Obtain 3 leeching crystals in a run." but i never found or saw even one.
